Your chef arrives the day before you do. Menus are shaped around how you actually eat — long lunches, late suppers, children fed early — and the shopping is done at the market nearest the house.

A private ride out from a small local stable — through umbrella pines and rice fields, then down onto the sand while the tide is still low. Riders of every level, with a guide who adjusts the pace to the group.

Yoga, breathwork and guided meditation with a teacher who comes to the house — outdoors at sunrise, or indoors when the wind turns. Sound baths and longer half-day retreats can be arranged for the whole party.

We keep relationships with a small number of skippers in each region. The day is planned the evening before, around the wind, and changed on the morning if the wind changes.
